There is a secret cave door in the town of Narshe that you can open from the outside. If you open it, then open and close the main menu, one of two things can happen. If you're in the World of Balance, it will stay open. If you're in the World of Ruin, it will magically reclose itself and you cannot reopen it unless you leave and come back. This patch makes the door stay open in both cases.
