If Setzer gets three BARs on Slots, he will Summon a random Esper. If that Esper is Phoenix, he will take an extra step forward before Summoning it. If the Esper is Palidor, he will land too far backwards from his subsequent Jump. In either case, Setzer is now removed from the line-up, either too far forward or too far backward. This patch ensures he stays in line in both cases.
